College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiduguri Post Basic & Basic Nursing admission forms, 2020/2021

This is to inform the general public that the College of Nursing and Midwifery, Maiduguri Borno State Post Basic & Basic Nursing Admission Forms for 2020/2021 session will be on sale from 27th October 2020.

The deadline to apply will be 6th November 2020.

Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates into the college’s post-basic and basic nursing programme.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes which must include English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings.

Candidates awaiting results are not eligible to apply. Also, NABTEB result can only be combined with NABTEB result.

FOR POST BASIC NURSING: In addition to the above, candidates must have a notification of registration with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria as a registered midwife with confirmation updated (PUF).

AGE RANGE: Candidates must not be less than 17 as at the time of purchasing the form.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

NB: The application fee is N5,000 for Baisc Nursing and N7,000 for Post basic nursing.

1. Pay the application fee (Non-refundable) into the College’s Account:

2. Go the College’s admin office and submit the stamped payment teller. After which, collect the application form
3. All application forms are to be submitted not later than 7th November 2020

EXAMINATION: The entrance examination will hold on 7th November 2020 at the college’s auditorium for the basic nursing program. Time 7.00am
